What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom plush toys?+
We support low-MOQ pilots from around 100 pieces for plush, 300 for vinyl/PVC, and 50 for resin collectibles. This lets you validate a product before committing to a full production run.
How long does toy prototyping take?+
A physical sample typically takes 7-21 days depending on material and complexity: 7-14 days for plush, 10-18 for vinyl/PVC, and 14-21 for detailed resin.
Do you manufacture in-house or work with factories?+
We are a toy design and prototyping studio. We design, pattern-make and sample in-house, then connect you to vetted factories across all of China for production. We are free to pick the best factory for your product rather than the one we own.
Can you sign an NDA to protect my IP / character?+
Yes. Our sampling and production process is NDA-backed, and we work only with vetted factories so your design and character stay protected end to end.
What files do you need to start a custom toy design?+
A reference image, sketch, or existing artwork is enough to begin. For production we build a full tech pack and 3D model; you do not need engineering files to start a conversation.
How does pricing work for small-batch runs?+
We quote against real, line-by-line cost data from twenty years in the supply chain — materials, moulds, labour and overhead. You see a true-cost price, not a markup guess. Small batches cost more per unit than mass runs, which is expected.
Which markets can you manufacture for compliantly?+
We design to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) toy-safety standards, and can support other regional requirements on request.
Do you handle global shipping?+
Yes. We manage packaging, inspection and global shipping to your doorstep once production is complete.
